Cristian is a seasoned entrepreneur and business architect, with a background in chemical engineering from the National University of Colombia and years of hands-on experience launching, scaling, and advising ventures across Latin America and the U.S.
His leadership has helped more than 750 startups and businesses across Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Costa Rica, and the U.S.
Having played key roles at Mahway, Cube Ventures, Ubanku, EFS Ventures, Squads Ventures, and more — Cristian lives and breathes growth strategy, tech enablement, and entrepreneurial development.
👩💼Commercial & Support Executive 👩💼
Catalina supports the growth engine from the inside out. As the BDR and right hand of IGE’s CEO, she plays a key role in outreach, lead generation, and operational coordination to keep projects moving forward.
With a background in biology and chemical engineering, and experience at Belcorp, Elevate, and CertJoin, she brings analytical thinking and strong communication skills to every conversation. Her hybrid role allows her to connect people, ideas, and systems—helping IGE scale smarter and faster.
